For Jerry, since early childhood, art has been a way to express his love of nature and his appreciation for the world around him.

His love of the out doors and wildlife started him on the path to the sculptor he is today. When he was still in his teens he became a taxidermist and for many years he had his own taxidermy business. Because he enjoyed the freedom and beauty of the mountains he guided Big Horn Sheep hunts when he was not working in his taxidermy shop. This allowed him to study wildlife and gave him an exceptional eye for detail and realism in his bronzes.

Besides sculpting, Jerry enjoys fishing and hunting, and makes his home at the foot of the Big Horn mountains in Wyoming. Jerry has works in several galleries and has done commission work in Colorado, Nevada and Wyoming.

Jerry owns and operates his own foundry, which allows him to create his own bronzes from start to finish.
